Is It In Your Heart?

"Pagpapatibay ng pagkataong Pilipino: Tugon sa hamon ng panahon," This is the theme of the Values month celebration. Every morning, after the Flag Ceremony was the morning trivia. There were also different activities like the kite flying, cookfest and the poster making contest. These activities help us develop our personality.
The retirement of Mrs. Parel was a sad part for me. She was more like a teacher to me. She was a mother to me. I was very sad when she left us but life goes on. We have to accept that nothing is permanent in this world. It was my first time to play two events in the City Meet 2009. It was very hard to practice but I never stopped because I had the determination to win. My coach in table tennis was about to remove me in the team but I showed her that I can do it and I showed her that I will not disappoint her. During my game in table tennis and basketball, I was not nervous because winning was in my heart. Even though I was one of the smallest in the team in basketball, I showed them that I will not let the team down.
A true Filipino is not a quitter. He fights for his country and loves it.

I've Learned My Lessons

This was the busiest grading for me since I was in my first year. Doing the projects and one of it was the Investigatory Project, assignments, studying our lessons and practicing for the Intramural Meet 2009 was a pressure for me. It was very hard to manage my time. During the making of the Investigatory Projects, it was very hard to budget my money because we really need to spend a big amount in order to submit this project.
It was very impossible doing these things but thank God I did it! I submitted our Investigatory Project and we won second place in the Intel. I did not win in table tennis but I won in basketball. I submitted my projects but the sad thing was I forgot to post my two blogs in TLE which made my grade went down. :D All of my grades went up except for TLE and I was very disappointed with my performance.
I've learned my lessons!
